Mark “Raysingh” Rodrigues:  Driver/Owner

Mark has been fantasizing about racing for most of his life, and has pushed many vehicles well beyond on his own limits with widely varying degrees of success…or lack thereof.  For fear of retribution by the local authorities in several countries…as well as his parents, some of his best “exploits” shall remain in secret.  Mark brings to the team charm, good looks, a wealth of talent, albeit not in driving, as well as his only car (and daily driver).

Thomas “Toyo Tom” Okihisa:  Co-Driver

Thomas has been an engineer at Toyo Tires since 1997.  He is currently a driving instructor for NASA’s Southern California Chapter as well as the BMW CCA.  He is responsible for bringing all of the sponsorship for the team’s OTC effort as well as the majority of the driving talent.  Somehow, Mark was able to convince him that it would be a good idea to run OTC together.  Thomas is still trying to figure out how Mark was able to do this.
