OTC '05 Registration  

Welcome to the OTC Registration Process.  Please follow the procedure below to ensure quick confirmation into the event.  Registration will begin on Feburary 1st, 2005 and close when we reach capacity or July 31st, 2005 (whichever occurs first).

1.  Determine what class you are going to compete in.  If you are not sure, please reference http://www.opentrackchallenge.com/classing.htm or confirm with the Event Director at john@opentrackchallenge.com.

2.  Fill out the Registration Form which can be found at http://www.opentrackchallenge.com/registerform.htm .  Upon completion, print off the pages (CTRL+P).

3.  You will need a current NASA membership when the event starts on August 10th, 2005.  NASA memberships can be acquired online at http://www.nasaproracing.com .

4.  Entry fee:

  OTC'05 Standard Entry Fee
Touring Challenge or Unlimited Challenge $1400.00

Entry fee covers two track drivers registered to the entered vehicle.  Additional drivers may be added for $100/ea for the entire event.

5.  Personal Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order made payable to "Zen Five Productions, LLC" in the amount of your team's entry fee.  All sales are final. No refunds will be given.  If you must use a credit card, please include your credit card information on the entry form.  Click on the button next to the appropriate amount above.

6.  Gather the Registration Form and entry fee and send it to:

7.  When we receive your Registration Materials, we will review the information to make sure everything is in order.  Upon verification and receipt of all materials, a confirmation email will be sent to the designated Team Captain for your team.  If any information should change between Registration and the start of the event, it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to inform the Event Organizers of those changes.
